1. The sealing and pressure system is controlled by German UPT technology, which greatly reduces downtime and scrapping; this machine completes 1L ~ 220L liquid flexible packaging bags, with the functions of one out, one out two, and patching. 2. The whole machine contains 43 sets of servo motors and control systems, of which 4 rolls of main film adopt servo active unwinding, 4 sets of ultrasonic correction systems, 4 sets of high-precision ultrasonic distance sensors to measure roll diameter, and the floating swing arm adopts Japanese This SMC precision pressure regulating cylinder cooperates with the absolute encoder motion control calculation to achieve a stretch-free state of each film tension and is stable and reliable. 3.
